F5 Access 3.1.0 for Android problem
There have been a lot of connection failures with the recently updated F5 access 3.1.0 for Android.
It seems to be a problem with the client authentication process, but is there any information on other issues that may be occurring?
I obtained the following results.
F5 Access 3.1.0 now allows the use of TLS 1.3.
On the other hand, SHA-1 certificates can no longer be used.
This is because a SHA-1 client certificate was being used on the device in question.
Please be careful everyone.

f5kenta Hello
Couple of questions that may help narrow down the problem
What version of APM are you using, is it compatible with the 3.1.0?
Does it only happen with the Androids, or does it also happen with IOS or PC?Can the users use a web based VPM instead of the Access for Android?
These can help members narrow down what may be your underlying issue.

Hello Jmtaylor
It is 17.1.1. It is also compatible.
It can be connected from a PC.
I am currently checking whether users can connect to the web from Android devices.
