External authentication for F5 users

Hello experts,

 

We are adding a new F5 in our network. We have completed configuration and before migrating application we need to setup external authentication for F5 admin users. I go through configuration and found remote user group in users. Anyone having any SOP for this configurations, we are not experts in F5.

    I hope it's ISE and you can use below link for tacacs configuration. Please work with ISE team and configure this. iSE and AD team should involve in this to complete.

    One question while reading this, what happend when remote authentication failed. If local user access will work.?

    We have a cisco use device and we are planning to use it as remote authentication server. Protocol s tacacs.
