Can F5 can encrypt data, especially if the data is spooled from the database.

Do you need to encrypt the data base traffic passing through F5? if we have WAF, we can encrypt the traffic that in layer 7(application layer)

FAJUMOThe MSISDN field and the NIN data field is to be encrypted after spooling from the database before it is sent to Regulatory . The Database is not passing through F5.

there is aes and sha functions in irules that you can use to encrypt/hash the data
